ARTXCODE, LLC Fulfillment Policy

Welcome to ARTXCODE, LLC. We value our customers and aim to provide clear and comprehensive policies to ensure a smooth purchasing experience. Below you will find detailed information regarding our Refund, Delivery, Return, and Cancellation policies.

Refund Policy

All sales of artworks, both digital and physical, are final. We do not offer refunds unless the physical artwork arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to initiate a refund process. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.

Delivery Policy

Digital Artworks:

  • Public Website Purchases: Digital artworks purchased through our public website using our minting capabilities powered by Highlight Inc. are transferred to the buyer's custody instantly upon completion of the transaction.
  • Private Sales: For digitally native works acquired through private sales, the transfer will be completed within 72 hours of purchase.

Physical Artworks:

  • We ship physical artworks globally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Return Policy

Due to the unique nature of artworks, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If your physical artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to discuss return and replacement options.

Cancellation Policy

Digital Artworks:

  • Once a digital artwork has been minted and transferred, cancellations are not possible due to the nature of blockchain technology and NFTs.

Physical Artworks:

  • Orders for physical artworks can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as the fulfillment process will have begun.

Subscriptions or Reservations:

  • If you have subscribed to a service or reserved a piece of artwork, cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the subscription or reservation date. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Ethereum
  • USDC
  • Wire Transfers
  • Automated invoices through Stripe (accepts all major credit cards)
